$65 is way too much money for 1/8. When people tell me that they're selling an 1/8 for $35 I'm pissed but that's what most clubs ask for for the lowest grade stuff. I usually get an 1/8 for $20-$25 and usually it's fuego shit. I don't get why so many people I know love going to the club to get weed, even with my card I prefer to get it from the streets. It's more legit I guess and it always looks so presentable but I can't help but feel like they're getting fucked when I can get some weed with just as many crystals and shit that gets us just as high. Going to the club is like a special occasion. I'd much rather just meet up at some persons apartment or whatever, smoke a bowl with them or take a dab hit, bullshit for a couple minutes, and then leave with some good weed. I love that drug deal environment once I get those cool ones.

Some dealers are cool to chill with. One guy I bought from frequently til he got busted always looked genuinely happy to see me whenever I went over to his place. That was always nice, he's a good guy.

I've been in some sketchier places though. When I lived in Texas briefly with a friend, the guy across the street sold weed (and other things). His whole house was wired for surveillance so he'd see anyone approaching his door ways, had a couple big pit bulls and word around town was that people were talking a little too much about him & the police were starting to get word of his activities. Whenever I was over there I was chill, but in the back of my mind I also considered the possibility that I could get caught up in a narcotics raid in Texas...and I was on probation so that definitely wouldn't have been good.

Most of them (drug deals) seem to happen in random places, though, like meeting someone on the street, meeting someone in their vehicle, meeting someone at a bar or other public place, etc

I think some people intentionally sell drugs just so they can blab on and on to a captive audience since no one else will put up with their shit. Pigs either didn't care about crime in the hood, paid off or too scared to do anything about it(because they would get fucked up, a no-go zone). Something I've noted about drug dealing is you have a lot of friends when you have drugs and when you don't nobody wants to hang out with you or maybe they get new people to buy from. That's partly why I don't think I could be a drug dealer, I don't want relationships I have with people turn into a business transaction that happens a couple times a month for a few minutes like I've seen happen a lot of times before. Say if I were to grow weed and sell it then half my "friends" start hitting me up only during that season after I harvest, then the rest of the year it's excuses as to why we can't ever hang out. Because then you're just a drug dealer and who wants to hang out with drug dealers right? So they probably blab on because that's the only time their time is actually worth something to people and they have the opportunity.

Then again there's drug dealers without that problem, you just have to find the right people.

Had a weird encounter yesterday while my friends and I were smoking. My friend lives on an orchard so we're pretty far away from most people, the nearest house to us is probably 300-350 yards away so it's a really chill place to just relax and not have to worry about the outside world. Except for last night...We were just sitting on the couches in his garage at about midnight and we have a door open to let the smoke out when out of nowhere someone walked right into the garage who nobody has ever seen before. Caught everybody off guard, it scared the shit out of me so I started yelling at him who the fuck are you and stuff. Turns out it was the farmer from next door at midnight "checking the water pressure" and so we all sat down and smoked a bowl together. I just find it extremely strange this guy we've never met before thought he could walk into a garage at midnight because the door was open but everything turned out alright. You could imagine how off guard a bunch of stoners were when our little isolated space was disturbed though haha:laugh:

Hola my degenerate friends. After turning down LSD at a festival on grounds of dubious tripping environmental safety, my friend very kindly found some magic mushrooms growing free and said they'd let me have a little sojourn in wonderland.

I've taken things like ket, high quantities of MDMA and various legal highs with tripping potential + salvia, so i'm not entirely new to hallucinating, but just because i'm antsy and a bit of a good boyscout I was wondering if any of you have any particular advice for setting and how out of it you can potentially get?

I don't want to go absolutely mad and eat the whole bag on the M5, ideally starting off with a low dosage for the first time, but I was wondering A: What is a low dosage for shrooms, B: How able to discern reality will I be and C: is there any good stuff to mitigate a bad trip? Basically harm reduction, if anyone could be so kind as to post here or PM me a run down i'd be very grateful.

Advice regarding psilocybin mushrooms:

- Eat at least an eight of an ounce to make sure you really punch your ticket. (Usually with drugs I don't advocate going "all in", but personally speaking I don't like subtle psychedelic experiences. lower dose = 2 grams)
- If you have access, keeping a minor tranquilizer (like Xanax) or antipsychotic (like Seroquel) around can help bail you out of a "bad trip". But it's not essential.
- Keep a lot of weed around. Essential.

You'll be able to discern reality well. Psychedelic hallucinogens like LSD and psilocybin leave you with the knowledge that your hallucinations are just that, hallucinations.

IT IS A GREAT DRUG

i for one react super strong to mushrooms, way stronger than most people, 1 gram is enough to make me go completely of the rails. also my hallucinations are super intens and hard to argue with.

my advice, start with a low dose, do it in a save place, have some sugary drinks around for if you feel you are goin to hard. preferably have someone not trippin there who can talk you through it the first time till you know for sure this is your kind of drug.

Oh yeah, well all of that is IMO obviously.

IME the hallucinations from something like LSD/DMT/psilocybin are extremely visually vivid, moreso than just about anything else, but also not terrifying and you know that they're "not real".

Contrast that to the hallucinations one gets after, say, consuming a huge amount of Benadryl, or staying up for a week straight on crystal meth LOL. I've actually had worse panic attacks after just consuming THC on certain occasions than I've had on psychedelics, honestly.

IMO contrary to popular belief, acid's actually more mellow than shrooms, though longer-lasting. Although much of what's claimed to be acid is not, or at least is impure.

It's more of a mindfuck than acid, but only last 4 hours. Funner if done with someone else also tripping. Doing it in public with sober people sucks. Around authority figures is worse. If you're thoughts start "looping"(don't know how else to describe it) and time dilates(minutes seem like hours) don't worry.

Not like the movies at all. More distortion, like walls look like they're breathing, things getting wavy and brighter, "trailing", stuff looks like it's melting, maybe more colorful. Closer your eyes, then you'll see shit. More the mind trip, strange thought process and everything's hillarious, rather than hallucinations. A little bit darker than acid, and more prone to distort the perception of time, but still fun. C. Xanax, Valium, Temazepam, any fast-acting benzos. It's like going from a roller-coaster to a kiddy ride. Better just to wait it out tbh. Even a so-called "bad" trip(more like weird as fuck) can be a good experience.

I've noticed that too, but I've always chalked it up to there being some other chemicals in there that are unaccounted for.

Pure THC is different. Marinol(pure pharmaceutical THC) feels like somewhere between Mexican brick and the 1st generation of spice. Actually Marinol's strengh makes me doubt a lot of claims of 20%+ THC, since 5mg sublingually felt much stronger than smoking a pinch of dank. There's also the fact that much of the THC is in inactive carboxylates that turn into THC with aging or heat(smoking or cooking).

CBD, THCV and other cannabinoids alter the effects, either increasing potency and duration, mellowing it out, more stoned, more psychedelic or more stimulating. Even if it has barely any effect alone these compounds definately alter the effects added together. For example, CBD has a tranquilizing effect that can stop seizure, panic attacks and even acts as an anti-psychotic, but no THC-buzz. It gives a more mellow, stoned high of indicas. THCV suppresses appetite rather than give munches, and is more of a stimulant like in strains of sativa.

if you're used to smoking joints, bong hits, dabs, or if "tincture dropper-thingies" are similar to those I don't think I'd switch to a pipe. When I'm used to smoking joints I have a hard time getting the same initial high when smoking from a pipe

All the glass pipes look hippy. There's steamrollers and oilburner bongs that are just clear glass, but those look like crack pipes(and are, though still works for weed). Although I can't imagine it looking anymore ghetto and crackhead/tweaker-like than an eyedropper(?) pipe, if that's the tincture thing. Only "not" seen rock(break off the tip and stuff in a chunk of copper mesh as a filter) or crystal(use a blowtorch and blow the end into a bubble) smoked out of that.:glare:

I use a short pipe made of stone with a mesh pipe screen, bit like this:

works fine, I grind my weed straight after I get it so it can dry out a bit for that hard hit, if I want to smoke hash or dab I leave a bit of weed ash in the pipe otherwise it gets to hot in there for a good smoke.
But im thinking of shelling out for a fancy pocket vaporizer.

Only problem with smoking a pipe is when you clean it, and you need to occasionally, its confrontational as hell about the kind of muck you put in your lungs.
Black tar like shit. I clean it by letting it warm up in hot water, than put a small wad of roling paper in the mouth end and push it through with a wooden skewer.

since our dutch cannabis laws, after a flying progressive start, remained basically the same since the 70's anything resembling hashoil (shatter, dab, wax, concentrates, etc) are actually illegal in the netherlands, only weed and cold pressed hash are covered by the "gedoogbeleid". So there are some connoisseurs making stuff like that illegally for themselves and their friends but you wont be able to find it in the coffeeshops as they would be closed down if caught.
the hardest bang you can get here is usually ico-o-lator.
there was even talk to outlaw anything with a thc content over 18% or something but since the breakthrough in the US they seem to have shut up about it for now. (also because they realize you as the government cant really demand quality control from still illegal growers, so demanding the 18% cap might have actually opened them up for a full legalization suit)
even though dutch polls keep showing time and time again that the vast majority of the population would support full legalization the conservative-libertarian-right and christian-right keep blocking meaningful development too a sane legal situation.

I would think that would end up being crippling because afaik, certain strains are known for being around a thc range but it varies so much from batch to batch. that was kind of the problem that sunk the idea, there was some research coming out that claimed that the stronger thc content was linked to youth psychoses (in what clearly was a "basketball makes you taller" kind off study) so they wanted to bring down the THC content to "60's/70's" levels because back in the day everything was fine and clearly kids these days didnt just know that if you have strong stuff you just smoke less.

but because weed, contrary to what other people in the world believe, is still an illegal substance in the netherlands to produce they wanted to make the semi-legal coffeeshops that sell the stuff responsible for making sure their stuff was not too strong. which is bullshit obviously, producers are responsible for quality control under dutch law, not the shops, the supermarket is also not responsible to check that their beer doesn't contain too much alcohol. So when some lawyers and judges pointed out that forcing the coffeeshops to be responsible for quality control would make the government very vulnerable to a lawsuit forcing the state to legalize production so the coffeeshops could grow their own stuff and actually comply with the law they backed the fuck off...

The effects are nice, but that's completely overpowered by the most vile taste in my mouth I've ever experienced. Couldn't even sleep it was so bad. Best described as a metallic shit taste so bad I honestly think it could be used as an incapacitating agent just by that godawful taste alone.

Benzos like Valium(diazepam), Rohypnol(flunitrazepam), Restoril(temazepam) and Klonopin(clonazepam) taste like tart candy for some reason, though Xanax(alprazolam) tastes bitterer than morphine(except the dissolvable tablets).

I fucking love Ambien. I get extremely euphoric and silly and will obsessively watch Trailer Park Boys on it. There's one caveat. After about an hour I get full blown amnesia and will compulsively take more without remembering. I went through 30 pills in two days recently. One night I took 21.

My significant other said I have to give them the bottle next time I get a refill so they can make me only have access to one per night.

I fucking hate lunesta though (eszopiclone). It makes me go to sleep, but it's not euphoric to me, and the next day there is a horrifying metallic taste in my mouth. I can't eat for a day. Everything tastes like I want to vomit.

Recently I figured out if I'm putting off cleaning my bong, I just put a bit of lemon juice in the water and it neutralizes the nasty ash smell. I replace the water atr least once a day, but if resin is building up in the bowl and ash catcher you can still taste the nastiness with clean water.

I also relapsed on heroin. Nobody knows in real life. Not even my significant other. Not bad, just snorting here and there, but oh god. I don't have a tolerance and I don't get dope sick when I don't have it. I'm not going to let myself get addicted again. Just every once in a while. I'm like an every-other-weekend user right now. No needles. Never needles. Just nose. And I order it online so I don't have an IRL connect anymore that I can hit up whenever I want. So it's like self-regulating. I have to wait a week at least to get a new bag and it's only ever a small amount. I feel like I'm justifying this to myself right now. But it's my favorite drug. Just .... euphoria and peace for 2-3 hours. Then sleep. It's not even that hard. I think it gets a bad rap from hardcore junkies. It's all about moderation.

Just took 4mg of klonopin. It's kicking in. Time for my body to rust*. Oh, chronic depression and 10+ years of casual drug abuse.
