Can anybody debunk the garbage claim that "there has never been a country called Palestine" and other pathetic Zionist claims?

well there hasnt, there has been shortly a protectorate of Palestine under British rule but further the area now know as Israel and Palestine has, since the jewish kingdoms, always been part of bigger empire's like the roman, muslim and ottoman ones.
which is one of the reasons that nationalist, religious and ethnic claims are the worst answer to the problem, an exclusive arab/muslim claim to the area is as much bullshit as an jewish or christian one.
but dont forget that most nations in the region only exist since the end of WW2.

@Sasha: countries are not necessarily defined by whether they have their own state.

The "Land of Israel" definitely sounds like more of a religious-nationalist claim than the geographically used name for the territory...
