I'm curious about Lu Xun.

I've been getting more into Chinese literature lately, and apparently Lu Xun was an author who was highly regarded by the Chinese Left during its fledgling days, including Mao and the other members of the CPC (including its founders). He's even featured on Chinese propaganda posters. (http://www.revleft.com/vb/chineseposters.net/themes/luxun.php)

So would anyone recommend him? His short story "A Madman's Diary" seems to be much celebrated.
