A Great and Terrible World: The Pre-Prison Letters of Antonio Gramsci (1908-1926), 2014, p. 418.

"There are approximately 200 letters, including some newly found and published for the first time in this volume. The collection begins with the letters that the young Gramsci sent back to his family when he was a student in Cagliari and ends with the last letter he wrote before his arrest in 1926."

For example a letter on Chiarini aka Tomo (Caïn Haller, the comintern representative in Italy: http://www.russinitalia.it/dettaglio.php?id=897).

(I have my eye also on Chiarini's 10 page article titled Le "Bordiguisme" pp. 116–26 of the August issue 1925 of L'Internationale communiste: organe trimensuel du comite executif de l'Internationale communiste.)
