So today marks 29 years spent on this spinning rock in the void for me.

For older folk: What did you do when you were 29?

For younger folk: Where do you see yourself at 29?

Younger: Either making enough to survive or being on the run.

older; 29 was about the time i decided that growing up was not only overrated but clearly a myth that most people play along with...

also, congrats... :)

I see myself dead before 29.

I tend to follow Comrade Jacob's line of thought. Not sure though.

Nobody told me that things start to fall apart the minute you turn 27.

In my early 20s I felt like I could take on the world. It was easy to get up in the morning, to fall asleep in the evening, and to be active during the day.

I'm now 29.....and every morning it feels like I'm FORTY! :crying:

I'm 27. I doubt my life will look much different in two years. I'll still be in my twenties at least, and will still be embarrassed of twenty-somethings complaining about being 'old' (quit bringing shame upon the age group!). Anyway, we're all gonna be dead soon. The universe does not give a single fuck about you or anyone else. Also, God hates u

EDIT: happy birthday

29 was so last year...

Actually, I'm still 29, but really [sarcasm] looking forward to turning 30. Goodbye to a bunch of visas, hello to being "old".

Also, happy 29th TGDU. :)

I don't think I will make it to 29 either. I'm very morbid lately for some reason

older- I think it was the month that an older friend living a similar life told me that 30's are the best and to do my best to get there. If you haven't already you can give up the dream of ever being anything at all and wallow in the immense joys like the sun coming up on a summer day in the countryside. Deadbeat late 20 somethings are losers but deadbeat 30+'s are cool.

That's the most reassuring thing I've heard in a long time. Thanks, haha.
