I'm not to fond of Che Guevara and his ideas (but the shirts are so cool) any ideas of left shirts that I could get away with wearing (no hammer and sickles its too obvious) that are cool? I was thinking like a green shirt with a red star. I don't want to wear any obvious black power stuff because I'm white and the moment people see me they'll just have a million questions on why I'm wearing it.

I think you should just be honest and say you are sexually attracted to Che. Every post you make seems to be vaguely (or directly) tied to him. No one gives a shit about Che, just you. And Che shirts are so 2008... seriously.

How about a rabbit wearing a hammer and sickle shirt

2008? I remember asking people if they knew who was on their shirt back like in 2002 and even then it was already pretty lame to wear one. Political tshirts are like bumper stickers, no one gives a shit and unless you got it for free you wasted your money.

There's this picture of Lenin's face tattooed on a woman's mons Veneris, the pubic hair forming the beard. I'd almost say it's t-shirt material but it'd most likely be seen as a "haha look a muff" joke (because muffs are so weird, right).

Also the only justifiable uses of a Che T-shirt are (1) if you're a rabid conservative, (2) if you're using it to strangle someone from the USEC or the SWP.

If you lived in my hood that shirt would get you shot. Or stabbed. Probably both. Also Caesar Chavez wasn't a socialist, and he was racist in the sense that he hated immigrants.

:scared: WHOAAAA!!! Why does this exact shirt cause people to kill each other, you have to explain yourself!

And yeah I know he didn't like immigrants even though he was an immigrant but he wasn't racist, he believed immigrants to america are dupped and abused and hurt the american economy. I disagree but hey no body is perfect he is a great image to progress though even though he is not a socialist (fox news would beg to differ).

In my area, the huelga bird and the color red are appropriated by a local street gang. Also Chavez would go to the border and tell immigrants to return to even worse situations. He wasn't an immigrant himself, he was the son of immigrants. And yeah, discriminating against someone because of their place of birth is almost dictionary racism. Especially since he was specifically doing it on the border with Mexico. It's ironic that some of these immigrants rights groups around here uphold him and use that symbolism, but they do it on more delicate grounds.

There were many radicals in support of Chavez, some which I hear he ratted out, and that supported the movement. Also as far as I know that gang isn't in Florida. I just don't see what the obsession is with a shirt.

Nice Ismail :) Maybe there should something about him being against Russian-Social Imperialism! The shirt can't just be seen as "Commie" and people think "Communist Russia" etc. I said that to someone who had a picture of a USSR Flag in his room but was *not* a Tankie on facebook. He should write "1956" or something.

Maybe write "Working Class Hero: Russian-Free Since 1960" or something or 1968 lol

Maybe write "Working Class Hero: Russian-Free Since 1960" or something or 1968 lolHoxha's issue with the Soviet revisionists wasn't because of "Russia" or whatever. It was because of the fact they were revisionists, and that they reversed the Marxist-Leninist foreign policy course pursued by the USSR. They called for an "international socialist division of labor" in which Albania would get rid of its "Stalinist" industrialization strategy in favor of becoming the "orchard garden of the socialist camp" (aka export agriculture while being dependent on importing industrial parts and raw materials.)

To keep this somewhat related to the topic, Che actually had a positive role to play in this. When he was in charge of Cuban industry he rejected Soviet requests in 1960-61 to buy a specific resource (I think it was iron ore) from Czechoslovakia as a way of putting pressure on Albania (since Albania had signed an agreement to buy said resource from Czechoslovakia beforehand), with Che saying that the Albanians were friends.

The design of the pro-YPG one is pretty good. I mean I would probably never wear it just because I'm not really into the whole "free Kurdistan" thing but it's still kind of a cool shirt.

The only piece of political clothing I own is a hooded sweatshirt with the "sabocat" logo on it. Only people who know the symbol would even recognize it as a piece of political clothing, though.
