Now, one could claim that these “unmarked” buses are on their way to be “marked” but there is no way to say that with 100% certainty and I believe unlikely. Here’s why. They are military vehicles...

I think the ruling class will certainly have disaster contingencies that will aim to curb any 'extremist' activity during the crisis period (or those nazi communists will extend it to a permanent crisis period, sell the country to china and paint a mao face on the moon), as that would certainly be an excellent time for class radicalisation.
