Baton Rouge pigs MURDER an innocent man for 'saggy pants'.

Due to an utterly STUPID city ordinance, the cops in Baton Rouge arrested a 38 year old, hearing and mentally impaired man for having 'sagging pants'. They then put him in a concrete jail cell, had half a dozen officers hold him down, taze him for over a minute straight, and then left him for dead....ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA. There really is no way to spin this. This man did absolutely NOTHING wrong, yet he was killed in cold blood by the pigs because he didn't bow his head and obey.
