They've been killing us for hundreds of years, And they call this the land of the free. They call this democracy. But we've never see freedom or democracy. All we've seen is hypocrisy. They whip your back for 400 years then call you an american. You're not an american - And I quote Malcolm X - being born here does not make you an american. When the white supremacists came to Africa, you didn't ask them to take you here. They forced you to come here. You didn't say, "let's go build america", they put you in shackles and chains, put you on a boat and said "you're coming to build america". Just because you were born here does not make you an american. You had no choice in coming here. And for over 500 years of oppression on the native peoples, with murder, rape, theft and genocide. They tell you that you're an american. They annihilate you're culture, then tell you to wave their flag. You didn't ask them to come here. You didn't give them permission to call you an american. This was your land. This was your terrority. They took this away from you. This was yours. You didn't ask to be an american. They told you to be an american. They told you to be an american as they raped your women. They told you to be an american as they burned your homes down. They told you to be an american as they murdered your children in cold blood. They told you to be an american as they destroyed your culture, your land, your freedom. You were here first, not america. How does that make you an american. Over 400 years of oppression does not make you an american. Over 500 years of oppression does not make you an american. We've never seen an american dream. All we've seen is an american nightmare. All we've seen is slavery. All we've seen is their kind commit the greatest crime on earth against our kind. Our black brothers and sisters are the living proof of that crime. Our inginious brothers and sisters are the living proof of that crime. People all around the world are the living proof of that crime. You and I are the living proof of that time. Every single day. Wake up and smell the blood of your ancestors. You've been had. You've been robbed. They've been cracking us over the head, holding us captive, murdering us and enslaving us for too long now. What is your name. Do you know your name? Do you even know who you are? Get the smoke out of your eyes. There is a war being waged against you by this system. Get the smoke out of your eyes. Stand up and fight back. Reclaim what is yours. Stop living on you're knees. Stop begging. Get up and take you're freedom. Not as americans, but as human beings.
We've been down on our knees praying and slaving for too long now. We've been robbed for our basic human rights. It's time to take them back. By any means necessary.
