Yet another work I've scanned. It's about the attitude of social-democratic parties and the Socialist International towards African liberation movements (the ANC, SWAPO, FRELIMO, etc.) in the 1960s-80s.
The author ("Vladimir Bushin") is actually a pseudonym of Vladimir Shubin, who continues writing on the subject of these movements and who published The Hot 'Cold War': The USSR in Southern Africa and ANC: A View from Moscow some years back.
