I don't know if this post has been done beofre and I apologise if it has, but what is your favourite lyrics in a song?

Mine is "How much difference does it make?" sung by Pearl Jam in their song Indifference. The whole song is quality and sums up life perfectly, I think.

OK, before you all say anything, I have just noticed , probably the biggest thread in music is to do with lyrics.

Just ignore me, but Pearl Jam are quality!

“Oh, Me”

If I had to lose a mile
If I had to touch feeling
I would lose my soul
The way I do

I don't have to think
I only have to do it
The results are always perfect
But that's old news

Would you like to hear my voice
Sweetened with emotion
Invented at your birth

I can't see
The end of me
My whole expanse
I cannot see
I formulate infinity
And store it deep inside me.

I can't see
The end of me
My whole expanse
I cannot see
I formulate infinity
And store it deep inside me.

my favourite lyric is when the band sings the word "the"

my all time fave

second favourite is "what"

third is "fuck"
