Not quite sure how to start this, but here it goes. I am originally held some ideas from the far-right, though I was never involved any organizations. After a while I began to see through the lies and began to realize I had never really believed the rhetoric, rather I was looking for answers to various political questions in all the wrong places.

It's been around a year since I was truly involved in any political thought whatsoever. Though my political though has increasingly become "left-wing".

I'm here to learn and hopefully find something that makes sense to me morally/politically, though I refuse to blindly accept anything right away and at face value again. I have a basic understanding of marxism/leninism, I definitely need to learn more.

I think that's it really, I appreciate any help, especially from those who have also come from the right and kind of relate to my political "journey".

Welcome :)

If you have political questions, you can ask them in the Learning forum. That's why it's there after all!

If you have questions about your account, don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here.

Welcome. The best thing to do is to just throw yourself in. The learning forum is especially good for someone looking to find their feet.

I'm coming from the far right, too, and I'm happy to see that I'm not alone with that. Welcome here. :)

Edit: Well, I just realised this is an old thread. How awkward. :D
