115 UN-member countries voted Yes for the resolution. 55 countries abstained. 3 countries voted No (US, Canada and Ukraine).

Not much really, the relevance of the UN is greatly overstated. Even had this been successful not much would change aside from the tone in a few articles. I mean just look at "well supported" documents like the universal deceleration of Human Rights and ask yourself just how people have been helped by this. Additionally how many countries who voted yes do you think are activity fighting racism in their own countries? Whilst Im sure many do, a resolution on racism that could be supported by nations like NK, Saudi Arabia and Russia should be an immediate red flag (and not the good kind of red flag).

Saudi women still not able to drive, but their position in the electorate is minimal anyway.
