The Beatles and The Who teaming up. The Beatles have a dead vocalist/rythm guitarist and lead guitarist. The Who has a dead bassit and drummer. What better can happen. Pete and Rodger and Paul and Ringo would probably be one of the most important moments in rock history. Imagine what a Townsend/McCartney song would be like. And if that isn't good enough throw in Eric Clapton on lead guitar. I would settle for just one concert or a tour. But this would be the supergroup of the century. Who else agrees ?

Drums- Ringo Starr
Vocals- Roger Daltrey
Guitar- Pete Townsehnd
Bass/Vocals- Paul McCarntney
(Lead Guitar- Eric Clapton)

i'd have to hear them before making any judgement, but i suppose it could be a supergroup.

They're all alive, right?!
That would be the greatest band ever.

yeah, that would be really great!!! i really like the both bands so i'd like even more cause of that... ;)

I preffer my band with the greatest musicians from various bands.
The remaining Beatles and Whos are the less talented ones, anyway.

Hendrix and Bonham are dead, AC.
Mine is the best you can do with living people.
And we really only need either Lord, Clapton, or Page.
Not all 3 are necessary.
So it wouldn't be so hard to do.

My point exactly. The whole supergroup idea is a bad one.
Yes was a supergroup, they had five or so very talented musicians and decided to try and make classical music instead of rock n roll, they sucked. Then there was Asia, they just plain sucked!!
