Why is it any more capitalist than Stalin's USSR, according to Stalinist 'anti-revisionists'?

More autonomy for enterprises, production more geared toward profit per enterprise, instead of the profit rate between industries (or nationally expressed as economic growth rate), means of production supposedly became commodities where they had not been before.
