Solidarity call for the AntiFascist Action Paris.
Once again, we have to face several judicial procedures, which forces us to spend huge amount of money linked to attorney costs or fines. Indeed, we have to face an important repression from the State which keeps on getting stronger. Judicial proceedings have been landed against anti fascists activists after a massive combined sticking action last June in the sight of an homage to our fellow comrade Clment.
Recently, on November 2nd, antifascists activists have been arrested on their way to the demonstration in homage to Rmi Fraisse.
Three of them are being prosecuted for gathering in order to commit violences and degradations . They have been remanded in custody, and then they were brought to an immediate court appearance. Their respective trials will be hold next December and January. The extreme right wing, as anti-system as usual, keeps on pressing charges against the Parisians Antifascists. The judicial consequences against our mobilization targeting the Manif Pour Tous have led to important fines, which are still not paid today.
Alexandre Gabriac and Logan Dijan have already made an appeal against the courts decision to discharge antifascists activists accused of assault against them, and, many other cases, that we chose not to reveal the details until now.
Today, we owe some thousand Euros and we are not able to pay this amount of money. This is the reason why we are making this call, a call for solidarity. We need your help to face the oppression. We need to remind the State and our detractors from the Extreme right wing that our solidarity is our stronger feature. They will never get the peace by imposing oppression.
