The Spanish Coca-Cola workers, admired by many workers and students all throughout Spain, have been heading one of the most nationally-known-about struggles. The workers have been fighting for a very long time, on indefinite strike. Coca-Cola wanted to fire over 1100 workers. On 21 November 2014, a Spanish court has said that the workers can not be fired.

Wow. I can't even imagine something like that happening in the part of the US where I live. I live in a right-to-work state. Meaning you have the right to work under almost any conditions and to be fired for almost any reason.
