What do you mean by 'focus'? What exactly do you want the left in the western countries to do to help the poor in India? What can we do, except offer our solidarity to Indian comrades and work to build the revolution in our own countries by highlighting the inherent contradictions of the capitalist system, such as growing poverty in Spain etc. Everything else would just be paternalistic bullshit. Capitalism is a global system, not a 'third world' system or a 'first world' system. Frankly, a revolution in a western capitalist nation would do more to challenge capitalist imperialism exploiting the working class in India than a few socialists in the west 'focusing' on India, whatever that means.
