I reckon neo-nazis shave because they admire Hitler and "the white race" but know that Hitler only liked blond people.

I haven't really thought of it like that, but that could be a logically explanation. But it could also be a way for them to "fit in", so that none of them are different so that they do not have any insecurities.

What I don't understand is what makes you hate other races and minorities so much, it's crazy.
