Red Son

Ugh seeing these 'young people' in their formal wear smiling at William Hague makes my skin crawl. Our future law-makers, my fellow British subjects, hoo-fucking-ray.
I'm sure there are some behind such schemes as this that have only the best of intentions re engaging the disaffected youth, but I don't see how it could ever really work. They think that putting a hashtag in front of a boring and cynical event to garner more votes come 2015 and beyond is what's needed to make people less politically apathetic. Probably find there are more young people being politically active than they think, just not the the Westminster circus of parties, Parties and polls.
