Hi everyone, I am currently a high school student in the US who is firmly committed to the universal struggle for socialism. I look forward to finally being able to contribute meaningfully to discussion on this forum. As I have found in my years in high school, being a revolutionary leftist can be very alienating at times, so I have decided to join this forum to discuss with people who actually understand revolutionary leftism/socialism/communism/Marxism. When I grow older, I hope to move to the city so that I can participate more in the struggle. I currently live in a sprawled, auto-dependent, relatively suburban area (which I REALLY dislike) where no action or strong opinions exist. Most everyone at school is either liberal, conservative, right-libertarian, or apolitical. This, as you can see, can make being a communist feel very alienating. In my real life, I am mostly in the closet about my ideology, but that is why I joined this forum in the first place.:)
