Nah. Knowingly enabling a sock-puppet (eg, by knowing about one but not reporting it to the admins) is a bannable offence if I recall correctly.

So anyone saying 'oh I think such-and-such is a sockpuppet' is setting themselves up for the boot.

I think its a rather stupid thing to do, I used to know every BolSickle sock because he'd PM me, some socks are really obvious. I remember when I first joined a member called Deicide told me he knew someone who was a sock puppet, but that's too long ago to remember and I think they're already banned anyway. Of the people that joined in January 2012, I think I'm the only one left of like 5 that joined around the same date

Yeah, there's a suspicious amount of Dutch people. But since I know many of them, I can confirm that in fact they are not clones. I feel this is due to the absolute and utter pathetic state of the Dutch far-left, even compared to other countries like Belgium, Sweden, meaning we have more time to dick around on the internet.

Also, the Netherlands has more internet connectivity than countries like Italy (something like 90+% access versus 40-50% access).

I think the serious Trotskyists (you can always find people who consider themselves Trotskyists because go Sawant! go Chavez! or something but to be honest I have more in common with the serious Maoists than those people) on this site tend to be older and employed, mostly in the academia. So yeah, a lot of us sound like bitter old people because that's exactly what we are. The general tendency of this site doesn't help. If I had a dollar for every time someone implied there would be markets or cooperative ownership in socialism, I wouldn't bother with you nerds, I'd be a member of the bourgeoisie.
