The ability to expend funds wisely and thriftily is a most valuable art, and one which is not acquired all at once. "Socialist thrift in One Country"? :laugh: Seriously, just when I think I've read the most reactionary shit from Stalin I come across gems like this and it really goes to show you how Trotsky was being waaaay too generous in calling the Soviet Union a deformed *workers* state.
