RS2k's Wikipedia article is up for deletion on November 5th. If anyone could help to preserve & improve the article that would be great!

It pretty clearly fails the notability policy though. I support its deletion.

I don't think so. A little googling and I was able to include 3 published works, and an article calling his individual (and other individual) resignations from the PLP "extremely serious problems."

Does Wikipedia have articles about other members of the PLP? But anyway, the thing is, it might have passed as an article about a member of the PLP, but the article was written almost entirely from the perspective of his participation in RevLeft. And since RL is pretty fucking un-noteable, it comes off as a vanity article to most people reading it.

1. The article should be under "Ed Clark" and not "RedStar2000" (the latter should re-direct to the former).
2. The article should cite his history in the PLP, in the newspaper he helped publish in NOLA, and other real-world groups of historical note. His writing has been republished as recently as 2004, in Only A Beginning (Arsenal Pulp Press) so maybe that's worth noting too.
3. The tone of the article needs to be changed so it's less teenager-writing-hagiography.
If someone will do the first one - I don't understand how stuff like that works on wikipedia - I'll do the second two. I have some information gathered from my abortive plan to do a bit of writing about Ed, and I think I'm capable enough with words to meet Wikipedia's quality standards.

Is there any third party sources about him? It's not enough that he's published things.

Good call.

The article, as it currently stands, shouldn't be on Wikipedia. And I say that as an "inclusionist".

Totally. Though I like it as a revleft history piece, it doesn't fit the guidelines. The only reason I found it and mentioned it recently (hence all this talk about it now I presume) is because I tried looking up revleft on wikipedia. No entry, but RS2000 came up!
