Welcome back.

And yes RedWorker, why is that? Don't expect people to just blindly follow your advices.

Congrats on leaving social democracy and reformist politics and welcome to the sectarian shitfest. You faith in pan-leftism will weaken before long.

Alright, so, most people feel nothing but disdain for "your tendency sucks join my tendency", and for good reason, but please understand I'm talking as someone who used to be interested in the IMT myself (but didn't know a lot about them): what is it that draws you to the IMT? Because if it's their entryist work, then you're probably best off sticking to the IMT or checking out the USEC, if they still exist (I swear the IS/USEC is like the petty nobility, they're always in the process of disappearing but never quite manage to disappear).

If you're interested in the IMT but feel their focus on working in the bourgeois workers' parties (and what they consider to be BWPs) is too restrictive, you can check out the CWI.

Finally, if you're interested in them because they seem to uphold theories about deformed workers' states and so on (I'm telling you this because when I joined the only groups that held a DWS analysis of the Soviet Union I was familiar with were the IMT and USEC, and USEC didn't seem to be serious at all), I can only recommend that you check out other groups.

But anyway, congratulations for coming to our side.

You horrible centrist bastard.

Because, among other things, they believe there has been a "revolution" in Venezuela and that it is "socialist" or "stuck between capitalism and socialism". This suggest a major structural flaw in their analysis of which this is only a particular expression. They don't critically support it, they worship it.

I'm interested in the IMT for a few different reasons. They're one of the few organisations that are at least somewhat active in my area. I also like their support for the bolivarian revolution. I have kinda mixed feelings on entryism, but for the most I'm okay with it. The NDP has been making some sharp right turns under Thomas Mulcair, but the IMT/Fightback, has been critical of the current leadership, so that's good.
