Before becoming a Marxist, I have never seen so many -ism and -ist before.

Half of the words are viewed completely different by other -ists. One word can be pejorative one minute then a word of praise the next. It is pretty funny sometimes :rolleyes:

To be fair, it might be more worrisome if all the left were was one single uniform group with an exact, detailed blueprint of how the revolution would happen and how a post-revolutionary society would be structured. I'm not exactly a Pan-Leftist as anyone who's seen my posts will know, but different "isms" implies room for discussion on theory and tactics, and identifying with one shouldn't be thought of as "picking a team".
