Murder, again by Islamic government – This time in Shahre Kord prison

12 prisoners burned alive by prison authorities in The Shahre Kord prison on Monday 04/08 /2014. According to news broke out by the different source, they were protesting against inhuman condition of prison, before fire broke out. But prison authorities punished some of the prisoners, instead of answering their right demands. The rest of prisoners start to protest against the unjustified punishments of prisoners, shortly after these events jailers brought out their mattresses and cloths and fired them. But jail workers locked all of doors and left the area. Fire were mounting moment by moment, but boss and the other prison authorities did not let anybody to help despite of existence of fire brigades in there. In fact they had a very poor excuse that: if the wall broken down, prisoners might escape.

In the end 12 prisoners died and many more injured who were taken to City of Kashan`s hospitals. This is not a very first time criminal act of Islamic Government against prisoners, especially political prisoners. Tens of thousands of political prisoners have been murdered whether under the brutal torture, by fire squad, hanged or the other way of inhuman killings, in last 35 years. Tens of political prisoners died in fire that broke out deliberately by the government authorities in the City of Rasht in early March 1982.

Organization of Fadaian (aghaliyat), pointed out that Islamic Republic and prison authorities caused the problem and they are the responsible of the jailers’ death. Organization of Fadaian (aghaliyat) with sympathy with victims’ families, condemn this way of prisoners treatment and the bodies who were responsible.

The Iranian government shall be brought to justice for its crimes!

In memory of thousands of murdered political prisoners during the 1980`s and the Summer of 1988!

In the summer 26 years ago the Iranian regime carried repression on to extremes. Thousands of political prisoners were murdered and thrown into mass graves. Many of them already had served their sentence and should have been released. Their death sentences were spoken in short trials that lasted only about 3 minutes. These so called “trials” consisted merely of questions concerning faith and political opinion.

When the first news of these massacres leaked, communist and revolutionist opposition in exile informed the public of these crimes. Due to fewer communication possibilities compared to today it took years until the news of this crime reached millions world-wide.

After all these years the insistence for justice and punishment is an important demand for the victim`s relatives and the political opposition.
The justice minister in president Rohani`s cabinet Mostafa Pourmohammadi was a member of the so called death committee and therefore is a murderer of political prisoners.

The Organisation Fadaian`s (aghaliat) foreign committee mourns with the relatives of these murdered political prisoners and declares it`s solidarity with the fight for justice.

Long live the memory of the political prisoners of the 1980's!

The strike of Iranian workers is spreading
Workers of the sugar factory Neyshekare Haft Tappeh are joining the strike

On October 1, 2014, 500 workers at the sugar factory Haft Tappeh embarked to a protest, against the unfair differences in wages and benefits between different occupational groups in strike.

A revision of the wage rates was in recent years one of the main demands of thousands of workers of the Haft Tappeh factory.

Recently, the wage rates were jointly reviewed by the management and the Islamic council due to the occupation classification design, but the workers' demands were not taken into account. In the new wage rate employment years of workers are still not involved and only the school or academic degrees are taken as a criterion for wage groups. So 700 workers have been excluded from the salary increase, which should have been conferred by the new tariff.

There are currently several thousand workers on strike in Iran, also 900 workers at the car factory "Wagen Pars" in the city of Arak, which demand the payment of their wages for the past three months. 310 workers of coal mining in Sangroud (West Alborz) are on strike they are demanding security for there jobs who are at risk because of the massive privatization in the mining industry. The workers of the intercity rail have recently stooped working for a few days to get their unpaid wages for the last four months. 160 workers of the factory Gilana a tile manufacturer are on strike for two weeks. The employer has not paid them now for 16 months, any wages.

The Islamic government in Iran is clearly on the side of the capitalists and they are mobilizing security forces to suppress the protesting workers. The activists of the workers are being detained. In addition to prison sentences they were even sentenced to whip lashes. So was, the procedure among other recently, during the strike of the petrochemical workers.

Despite the repressive measures of the regime, Iranian workers will continue to fight and the labor movement goes further steps forward. Ultimately only one way remains for the workers who have nothing but their chains - and that's a general strike.

Organization Ffdaian (aghaliyat) strongly condemns the repressive measures of the government and calls for the return of the terminated workers due to their participation in the strikes of their jobs, as well as the implementation of the demands of the workers.

Long live with the general strike!

Support the resistance in Kubani!

Despite the massacres in the region Kubani in Syria by the reactionary IS-criminals, the population Kubanis makes a heroic resistance.

Especially in this situation, the people in Kubani were left alone by those who have presented themselves to the public as opposed to the IS and defenders of democracy and human rights.

The imperialist countries that supposedly wanted to fight the IS have carried out a militarization in the region, but during the fight in Kubani they have just watched.

The population of Kubani was forced to fight against the repression of the Bashar Asad government in the last few years.

Although they had some small victories and as a result gained self-government in some areas, now the fight continues this time against the IS-reactionaries.

The laudable resistance against IS was especially made ??by women.
The world public is increasingly losing confidence in the official media and expresses their anger at the indifference of the so-called superpowers in social networks.

The repressive regime of Turkey refuses to do anything about IS in the border area. The population of Kubanis uses their few resources against the well-equipped troops of IS.

The Islamist government in Turkey on the one hand supports, the IS in Turkey and on the other hand prevents the Kurds from joining the population of Kubanis in the fight against IS. The Erdogan government has brutally suppressed even demonstrations against IS. 14 protesters were killed.

The victory of the population Kubanis depends on the broad solidarity and support of the world's population, and other, revolutionary and progressive forces.

Long live international solidarity!
Long live freedom! - Long live socialism!
