I heard a few things about Grandola, the portuguse town where at the carnation revolution a social transformation took place, which showed a bit far from a single a rebellion.I heard that the masses carried out some kind of particapotory planning, and collectives were organized. Is this true? What happened exactly?I took hours searching for this, but I havent found anything. Its very frustrating,so please help me.

Under a Kasama Project article, called Brothers Challenge, I found a comment, where it was mentioned.
Everything from the Paris Commune, through the early Soviet Union to the Bolivarian procesess, through such experiences as the Mondragón cooperative or >>> the experience in Grândola, Portugal<<<, can give us some vague idea of the contours or just a few threads of how a democratically planned and run economy might work."

I've never heard of it. The only thing I could find was a song with the village's name that was significant in the carnation revolution http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gr%C3%A2ndola,_Vila_Morena
