Hey! :)
I'm new to forums. I'm not quite sure what to expect. But I'm reliably informed that it's a great way to meet like-minded people and expand understanding, so I'm (nervously) excited.
About me? Well, i'm a third-year history undergraduate. I'm from Manchester, UK. I'm a Marxist. And a Feminist, too. I came to be a leftist due to my upbringing, I think. I'm unsure because I can't remember not being. Of course, it was probably only in my early teens that I started to become politically aware, but I can't remember never feeling angry about injustice and inequality. Growing up books have always been a cornerstone of my existence, I love words, and I especially love words which confirm things that I'd suspected from a young age.
Anyway, I reckon that's enough rambling for a bit. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all. Thanks! :)
