I tried posting this once already and its been a week so I'll try again...
Being a Socialist in a capitalist society lends itself to a certain degree of isolation from others who share similar views. I have been looking for Socialist gatherings and organizations in my area (San Diego county) for some time and have found only a seemingly defunct ISO website, a meetup group that rarely meets (once every 3 months or so), or meetings in downtown LA or SD for paying members of DSA or Socialist Alternative. Does anyone here know of or are actually familiar with groups in the area around San Diego that meet regularly and are somewhat active? Any help would be appreciated.
