any idea if using a program like flux can help with this? i don't know how light works, but it does seem to make my eyes feel better when working at night.

thats mentioned briefly in the article but it sounds like there isn't much research on whether the programs do anything

I downloaded the mentioned program, flux, and it turns out to be promising. I temporarily set the daytime light low to see the effect, and it turns out to actually seem less blue and more amber. I'm convinced; no need for amber glasses or goggles.

I used to use f.lux before I got a chromebook, it helped a lot.
