Apple Cider Vinegar

I've heard from several sources that it is very good for you. I even read in a poultry magazine that putting some in the chickens water is very good for them!
Anyone have any experience with it?

Other than making salad dressing, not really. I usually use real Balsamic for my vinaigrettes though.
