Starting tomorrow the nazis in Svenskarnas Parti(SVP) will start a week long tour over south Sweden and next saturday end the tour with a demonstration in central Stockholm. It is an election tour because national elections is in 3 weeks and they are running in 35 municipialites of 290 possible ones. The most any nazi party in Sweden have stood for since the second world war.
Antifascists have started organising the resistance and tomorrow they are visiting Malmö where leading members of SVP stabbed 4 socialists some months ago and 13000 people went out on the streets in reaction. So there will be some action with the aim of stopping the nazis from holding any sort of meeting. The police have already put up containers around the whole area.
On Sunday they are visiting Göteborg who have not had a nazi-meeting in their city for a long long time because the city is very red, the same as Malmö really. Usually they dont visit either Malmö or Göteborg because the workers movement is strong and militant there.
Every day there will be several demonstrations against them, every day there will be antifascist action against them during the whole week.
Next saturday they will have their "big" demonstration in Stockholm and already have nearly 6000 people attended the event on facebook for the antifascist demonstration. The aim is to stop the demonstration.
This week will one of the most important in the antifascist history of Sweden. SVP do have a chance to be the alternative to the Swedendemocrats who are polling at 10% at this moment, if people feel they are not good enough they might start to move towards SVP who is openly a nationalsocialist party. This has already happened as elected politicians for the Swedendemocrats have joined SVP instead.
