Sniffing nesquick milkshake powder. It's a good ol' fashioned sugar high, so the higher powers of the universe can't be judging you.

Exercise. Dodging cars on the thruway. That hand stabbing game thing.

I usually start my day off with some marijuana and chug mass quantities of Diet Coke. How I wake up and get going. Listening to Aqua is a must tho.

Fuck yeah. Aqua. Worlds most awfulsome band.

Holy crap I totally forgot I own a cd of them...now I finally have use for the CD player that is in my...for lack of a better word...motoriZed form of transportation (technically it's a car...but it cost about as much as my sunglasses to buy and it costs as much as the energy bill of Las Vegas strip to actually drive it to work...where I go to earn the money I need to buy gas to be able to go to work.)

Either way....I am out of energy myself lately. Always tired and exhausted. I drink coffee and red bull way too damned much. Cutting down on sugar and drinking lots of water actually helps after an initial dip. Also...eat regularly. Things which I do not do.

Set your alarm early. I always have more energy when I wake up early to an alarm then when I wake up naturally at 11 or later.

When you get up, drink some water and eat a little bit of something relatively healthy (i.e. not sugar). If you're going to exercise eat a banana.

Exercise. Stretch and go for a run or bike ride.

Start your day off right and you won't feel lazy and tired. Also, get enough sleep and quality sleep at that.

Amphetamine.

Or what the comrades above said - that's good too... I'm assuming, I wouldn't really know; I'm always tired except when I've taken amphetamine or MDMA. I think I might have coeliac disease, but then I am also a bit of a hypochondriac. There's nothing wrong with laziness though; embrace it, be proud of it - that's the communist way.

I feel much more alert if I get myself up and dressed at a decent time, have a healthy breakfast - usually something like porridge or toast (with beans, or tofu scramble/avocado if I'm not too poor) - and get to work immediately. I find if I spend the morning doing nothing it puts me in a mindset where I get nothing done all day.

You could also look into cutting down on alcohol or weed. Alcohol disrupts sleep patterns and can stop you from absorbing all the vitamins and minerals in your food, and I find that going to bed too stoned makes it incredibly hard to motivate myself to get up and active the next day. Maybe you'd benefit from a multivitamin too?

If you presume I would choose anything but Barbie Girl from those 3 you're silly.

I don't know if Aqua is what I think it is, but I'm hoping it is!

Also, don't stay over with your close cousins/have them over. I get too comfortable and start eating and then not exercise. I don't usually know it'll happen so I don't take my running shoes over. Or they take up too much time when they're around. Also I fear I spend WAY too much money around them. On small crap food, herbs and shit as well, but when I add up the receipts and look in the mirror I feel bad. This also happens a lot more now that they cut my hours and I'm around more.
Fuck! Why did I have to stop hating my family?

Take a morning shower.

Eat healthier.

Save caffeine for semi-special occasions rather than every morning and/or throughout the day.

Wake and bake.

Go to sleep in a DARK room or one mainly illuminated with red light.
