I downloaded WonderShowzen and I got Anarcho-Propaganda.

I downloaded season 1 and 2 of the MTV series WonderShowzen and int he download folder was a document called Libertarian Socialist Revolution. Thought it was pretty odd; but there's not much to discuss. Just wanted to share that.

Um, I downloaded a copy of Good Charlotte's first album when I was a rebellious youth, and each track was just the audio sounds of a porno. Limewire had some revolutionary potential.

Limewire was the worst. No matter what you searched for you'd get a "X on webcam something"-fake-porn-archive prob. filled with viruses for teenage burning with hormones.

(I mean "Iron Maiden on webcam xxx", come on).

Fuck LimeWire. I remember KaZaA, BearShare, and Napster before that. I also used Nappigator, to use other networks within Napster. Fucking kids these days with their µTorrent. They don't know true filesharing. Downloading a 64kbps quality MP3, on a 56k modem. (You were fucking lucky if you had a 1-2mbps connection. Whether ISDN, DSL, cable, or whatever.) That was filesharing.

Playing Starcraft scrims on a 56k was my childhood. Living in a household with one phone line and a 56k modem was shitty.

Sharing one phone line sucked. But Starcraft on 56k was fun though. At least you could also direct dial with it. I used to do that with friends. Same with Warcraft 1 & 2, and other games. Direct dial was (and is still) also real fun on the Sega Saturn. Playing Sega Rally and Virtual On, over the Saturn's 28k modem. Those were all good times. I'm pretty pissed that they removed LAN play on Starcraft II. LAN play was always fun on games. Sadly, it's also a thing of the past now. As they want you to use their online servers. Which just increases ping time, and that's annoying.

Red Alert was our staple for LAN parties. Half the fun of a LAN party is setting the damn thing up.
