These types of dispicable acts happen all the time now in Venezuela. Chavez really is up against a lot. This is exactly my problem with Capitalism, what does it do? It creates corruption by giving the rich incredible power. And the last thing corrupted rich people want is for the poor to be more difficult to step on.
