Anyone have any advice on starting another forum? phpBB looks like the best CMS.

phpBB is my personal favorite, but if you're wanting to spend money, IPB (IPBoards) and SMF (Simple Machines Forums) are good proprietary software. IPB comes with a mobile version, but I'm pretty sure all of them can be used with Tapatalk.

I love phpBB, but that's cause I do everything I can to use FOSS. It's also really powerful though.

phpBB is the best for free software. vBulletin is the best for proprietary.

I hope it was clear to the members of that forum that the joke was that I haven't really posted in a while :P

(Btw I promise that reply is coming someday).

Can you explain how something can be 'infinitely smaller' than something else? What exactly does that look like?

A) something is tinier than something else which is bigger than said previous something on an 'infinite' scale b) if I reverse a pair of your standard binocular optical enhancement devices you would appear smaller than I looked at you right ways with my eyes.

X is infinitely smaller than Y if ∀a∈ℝ X/Y < a, I suppose.
