[EmergencyResponseforUSAttackonIranorSyria] Oppose the Attacks on the Palestinians: Demonstrations Friday and Saturday afternoons
Israel’s government, with backing from the U.S. government, has been continuing its criminal brutal collective punishment of Palestinians—mass arrests, indefinite detentions, and massive bombing raids in Gaza, killing hundreds of children, women, and men, and wounding thousands. These Israeli attacks are to stop Palestinian resistance to Israeli occupation, in the jails and outside, and the fight to Free Palestine. They are attempts to block development of a recently announced Palestinian unity government bringing Gaza and the West Bank together.
Since the U.S. government backs and funds the Israeli military and police with over $3 billion a year in our taxpayer money, and not condemned the bombing raids on civilians and other atrocities, we need to take up the call for
No U.S. Aid to Israel,
End the Bombing and Collective Punishment Now,
End the Occupation Now,
Support the Struggle of the Palestinians For Human Rights, for Free, Free Palestine.
As the U.S.-backed and justified Israeli attacks on Palestinians continues, so does the importance of uniting ourselves in opposition to these attacks and in support of the Palestinian resistance. Here are two demonstrations of importance coming up tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday:
