Hope this isn't against the rules but since I haven't been involved in the RevLeft community proper yet I thought I'd formally introduce myself (again). I joined RevLeft just under a year ago and made a total of three posts. I came back and tried to make a new account only to remember I already had one!

I'll start by telling you about myself. I'm 24 years old and hail from the south west of England. Politically I consider myself an anarchist communist with a strong Platformist influence. I'm vegan and straight edge, both of which (I believe) have had an impact on my politics. I'm interested in learning about other leftist ideologies though I'm still working my way through the "classical" anarchist texts!

I plan on sticking around this time and hopefully getting involved in some of the discussions. I'm currently taking a break from political organising to focus on my mental health and other personal issues in my life, so I hope I can fill some of my desire for politics here.

P.S. I hate this username and I want to change it. How do I do that?!
