Just now, the Parliament of Ukraine has voted to ban the Communist Party within the bounds of the Ukrainian jurisdiction
The Parliament accepted several corrections of the Verkhovna Rada Regulations, allowing them to disband the Communist Party of Ukraine

Why is there no fighting, were they not present?

For some reason I thought this had already happened. I can't watch the video or read Russian, did they just ban the party or have they started banning the symbols as well?

After a quick google search, they apparently have/had 32 seats out of 450 in Parliament. I'm not quite sure what the 2014 numbers are. I heard and saw a handful of cheers, but no angry yelling. Eh? Thugs hold them outside from voting? (As far-out from how that sounds, that is what happened to the Social-Democrats from voting to deny Hitler the Enabling Act powers).

They were pretty enthusiastic about the anti-protest laws yanukovych tried to put in place toward the end, I imagine Kiev was not a safe place for them following his ouster. Last I heard, right sector had moved into their head quarters, so I assume they were not present.

Considering this is nowhere else reported, heck the party of the regions (you know, the party actually ousted) had a fist fight with svoboda in pairlament today (http://m.vice.com/nl/read/vechtpartij-in-oekranse-parlement) I assume this is yet another bullshit story.

It's now reported in various Russian and Ukrainian media (including the generally pro-Kiev UNIAN).
The party itself isn't made illegal, but its parliamentary faction is disbanded based on newly-introduced specially manufactured "they have less MP's then the smallest faction in the beginning of the session" excuse.

I assume that's because of the 6 mp's who left earlier this month, that is mentioned on the wiki, does anyone know why they left and for what party?
