My niece was asking me about any war or armed conflicts originated from excess of "right to private property".
I know of the feudal revolutions and i guess there is some conflicts originated during capitalism but my knowledge of history is very crappy, so here i ask you for some help.

I don't happen to think so. War, and violence more generally, is actually decreasing. At least in the overt sense. You should look into the "Dell Theory of Conflict Resolution", integrated neo liberal markets will, theoretically, decrease the liklihood of war because bussiness interests will transend the national ones.

What is excess of right to private property? I mean either you have the right to private property or you dont. How can there be an excess if its binary?

That's just Kautsky's theory of peaceful ultra-imperialism, advocated a century after it was shown to be catastrophically incorrect. The two world wars were attempts to redivide the global markets, for example. Then there are the various imperialist interventions - in Egypt, Iran, Iraq, and so on.

So regarding private property, this came up in a tv show I am watching. Farmland in a almost rural area is maintained by folks who maintain it (lol k) but several neighboring communities want not just what it produces but full access to it. There is heavy social contention between the farm maintained by the folks maintaining it and the other several communities. The point of contention is mainly sharing the space/access to it *because it is a lived space as well. Go

About listing and giving some information of wars originated out of private property.

If you can equate "private property" with "free access to markets" then there are a profound amount of wars that were waged in the interest of private property.
A text book example would be the Opium War since it revolves around restricted markets and trade rights and is also insanely absurd.
