Does anyone have suggestions for readings on socialist/communist/Marxist legal theory? Or to the extent it exists (I'm not as familiar with the literature) anarchist legal theory? I have been reading Evgeny Pashukanis and a few other surveys of Soviet law and some critiques of the same, but I'm specifically interested in more contemporary work, particularly applied to current issues. I'm also interested in discussing the same with like minded lefties.
