The left has literally no representation in my area, in fact anywhere in my country outside of the cities, left-wing parties are either too small or non-existant. However, there are definitely a number of socialists in the area who as of yet haven't organised into a group, this could be for a number of reasons:

-Lack of resources
-Poor communuication
-Dissolusionment

Regardless, I want to give it a go. Has anyone had any experience with this before? I'm a young guy so it's not like I'd be the chairman. Still, someone has to get the ball rolling.

So revleft, how do you organise?

Where in Ireland are you? And what exactly is your political tendency (i.e. do you support a particular political group)?

You could hang up posters maybe and arrange a meeting at a public place, for example in a park. Here you can discuss how you will continue as a group...

That is probably good to a large measure. The organized left causes more trouble than anything else with their stupid workerist cobwebs and pro-state, welfare society pipe dreams.
