Hi there guys, Great to be here.
I'm active in my local scene with food drives, prison outreach, and things of that order. I honestly think raising the education level on issues and helping to inform the general public can accomplish some of the greatest advancements and paradigm switches in society.
One thing I think the revolutionary community from those affiliated with marxists groups to platformist anarchists, and so forth should focus on is the issues that it doesn't take a lot of political knowledge to be aware of.
HIV/AIDS and other conditions that effect to the most part the poor, vulnerable, and minority groups within our society and those abroad are issues at the forefront.
If leftist groups wanted to be known in those communities and help bridge connections and build networks I think they would do good to help throw their support to organizations trying to make a difference.
Many people here at home let alone in Africa etc have no idea what historical materialism is or syndicalist economics, etc. They do know what starvation feels like and the death of friends, family, and loved ones from HIV.
So yah maybe just an idea on how to revolutionize the approach and help build the base. Maybe time to attack different issues and allow that support to then grow to political aims.
:)
