I joined ages ago so I'd be able to read all the forums and learn more about left wing beliefs, now I've finally decided to start posting on here a bit.
In my opinion freedom and equality are the two most important things that everyone deserves to have, and it seems like the left are the ones who are fighting for this. So I suppose that makes me left wing by default. I see myself as mainly being anti fascist, and I'm trying to work out what exactly I'd say I am in terms of my overall idealogy (socialist, anarchist etc...).
George Orwell is probably the person I'd say mostly inspires me politically, though the usual left wing people like Marx, Guevara and Chomsky all seem pretty sound from what I've heard, though I've not really looked into them in enough detail to really say how much I agree with them, though it'd probably be quite a lot.
