A cold-war themed browser-based game, Bloc allows you to live out your dreams of fighting capitalists in the trenches to build a more socialist world. The game mostly centers around forming alliances to fight other alliances, so after joining you should contact a leader of one of the major socialist alliances so you can join for protection as you build your nation, and then to fight for the socialist cause!

The main socialist alliance is Comintern, an international socialist alliance, everyone with a centrally planned economic system and aligned with the USSR is welcome there

I'm a leader of the Che Guevara League, we operate out of specifically Latin America. If you make a Latin American nation (which you should, Latin America is the best region :grin:), you should send me a communique. My username in-game is also Mighty Bjørn.

I talked to one of the leaders of Comintern, he says an offer of peace should have been made to your world. In the future if you get attacked like that, send a Communique in-game to your federation leader to resolve it.

The email registration is overloaded, the dev replaced it with a new system.

A tip, take the military bonus as start and conscript some soldiers. Lot of people try to get an early lead by attacking people who are weak.

It will improve over time. every 12 hours(at 12 am/pm CST) there is a turn change. If you have high quality of life and/or approve your stability will increase.

Anyone here should join the CGL (If you prefer being in a Latin American Region), and you should join the Comintern if you prefer being in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East.

(My nation is USSR by the way, I'm the leader of the Comintern.)

As for things you should do when you start up the game:

1. Buy some Lee Enfields (just one crate will get you to WW1 tech, so that is highly recommended.)

2. Recruit at least once a turn

3. Invest in mines, Raw Materials are very important!

4. Save up your raw materials for weapons, hospitals, and factories. (try not to sell your Raw Materials on the market unless you have to, or unless they are going for a much higher price then they are now.)

As a random factoid, Bloc got started on my own forum last year, one of its founders being one of our admins. It branched off onto its own forum when Bloc's community got big and the game got out of the testing stage.
