:)Hi, just signed up
I'm a fairly hard core leftist, so looking forward to posting here.
Hello all
Welcome :)
If you have political questions, you can ask them in the Learning forum. That's why it's there after all!
If you have questions about your account, don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here.
Interesting choice of username. What are your political ideas?

Leninist
Leninist
And what attracted you to that politics? Are you part of any 'Leninist' group?

What attracts me to them is their more pragmatic approach to Socialism, than say the Trotskyists.
As for groups, I did have a brief involvement with the Socialist Party of England and Wales, but since I now live abroad that cannot continue - so for now, it's just internet, alas
by the way, how long does the 'modding of posts before being able to view' last- thanks:)

I'm a little confused. Trotskyists are Leninists. So, ruling out Trotskyists, I presume you're a 'Marxist-Leninist' then?

But the SPEW is exactly Trotskyist?

10 posts. Quoted from the thread no one seems to read (http://www.revleft.com/vb/introduction-forum-rules-t180696/index.html):
But my threads and/or posts don't show up!
When you first sign up, your posts might not show up immediately. Don't worry though - there's a reason for it. You're not experiencing a bug, you haven't been restricted, you haven't been punished, nothing has gone wrong.
Basically to ward off spammers & trolls we have a 10-post approval period where your first ten posts need to be approved by a moderator. What this means is that for your first ten posts here at Revleft, each of those ten posts will need to be personally approved by one of the moderators. Usually this happens quickly and speedily, and I personally make sure to do them as quickly as possible.
Note that any posts in the non-political forums don't count towards your postcount. So if you want to reach the 10th post in your count, start posting in the regular forums! In general the Learning forum is a great way to start out :)

Why can't one simply be "Leninist" Q? Why does someone who follows Lenin's line have to automatically think that it was later upheld by Stalin or Trotsky?

Because it isn't a thing (besides maybe on forums like Revleft).
"Leninism" started to be a thing after Lenin died. First claimed by Stalin in his 'Foundations of Leninism'. Trotsky then made the counter claim to be the 'real Leninist'. And so we still have this silly feud about Leninism.
Hence my confusion.

10 posts.
I'd say 'Marxist-Leninist' is close enough to the mark.
SPEW is Trotskyist agreed, and in reality I allow for lee-way, otherwise nothing is possible - I prefer the CPB to be honest now (Communist Party of Britain).
OK, great , hope I can now post freely:)
btw: how do you put up your tendency? thanks
