The ITUC (International Trade Union Confederation), released a PDF and map of several nations and ranked them according to rights guaranteed to workers/said rights being violated. It is on a scale of 1-5+, where a score of "1" represents minimal or few breaches of rights and a "5" represents no guarantee of labor rights to begin with. A "5+" suggests internal conflict/chaos has overtaken any semblance of order, which also lacks any guarantees of rights. The data that the ITUC has gathered correlates with best countries to do business in and may in fact be based directly off it. The list may exhibit some flaws and/or bias to a degree. I can't post a source link due to post limit -sadface-. (Off topic?: I found this article out literally like an hour before attending the May 24th "March Against Monsanto" rally in JNB)

Here is a link to the ITUC's page on Global Rights Index (http://www.ituc-csi.org/new-ituc-global-rights-index-the). The PDF of the survey doesn't appear to be working at the moment.
