I heard about this on the Another Angry Voice FB group. In essence, this would allow corporations to sue states for any money that they would have made if not prevented by legislation passed after this thing is signed (if i'm reading correctly)

Thoughts? This seems like the 'end-game' in legal recourse against capitalism to me. This is some fucking illuminati shit. Social Democrats would, at least, be so obviously useless that other people might start coming around to more sincere socialist ideas.

All such Free Trade Agreements are just bourgeois efforts to expand their domination further. And it has its effects. Certainly those effects are far beyond what neoliberal propaganda says. Some products will be cheaper but some people will lose their jobs.

It's far from the "end-game". Their effort is too eliminate barriers worldwide. But neither China nor whole Africa aren't interested to join such deal.
