I know that Communism is anti colonialism but if a country would have a revolution and still had colonies what would happen to the colonies?

Ideally, the revolution would also happen (or spread to) that nation's possessions, however, it seems more likely that the colonies would simply break off from the possessor.

I would help develop socialism in the colonies and then let them on their own way if the revolution doesn't spread. Not very ideal or romantic, but there you go.

Communism assumes dissolving a state. Neo-colonial or colonial state too.

Well, from the point of a Marxist the only real answer is that they are released from colonial constraints and would be able to exercise the right of national self-determination like anywhere else would/should.

It's a bit of a stretch to say that supporting the 'right of national self-determination' would be the only Marxist answer, more so in the aftermath of a workers' revolution.

Depends on the circumstances. Without cooperation between the workers leading the communist revolution and the workers in the former colonies, the "revolutionaries" will end up keeping the colonies in an oppressed state.
